The following examples show how to use rate expressions with the AWS CLI put-rule command. The first example triggers the rule every minute, the second example triggers it every 5 minutes, the third triggers it once an hour, and the final example triggers it once a day.

The first Labor Day holiday was celebrated on Tuesday, September 5, 1882, in New York City, in accordance with the plans of the Central Labor Union. The Central Labor Union held its second Labor Day holiday just a year later, on September 5, 1883.

A Second a Day, Every Day for a Year

But that isn't correct for everyone in the northern hemisphere. If you live between the equator and the Tropic of Cancer, your shadow will be longer on June 21st than it will be as the apparent sun position moves back south as the summer progresses. In fact, anywhere between in the Tropic zones, there will be two days that the sun is directly overhead for you, and it's not when the sun is at its highest declination. The only places in the Tropics that will occur on the longest day (June in the north, Tropic of Cancer; or December in the south, Tropic of Capricorn) is if you are standing right on the Tropic line; moving toward the equator will result in your shadow being LONGER on the summer solstice than it will be during two other days in the year as the sun is directly overhead.

Whereas, on the twenty-second day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, a proclamation was issued by the President of the United States, containing, among other things, the following, to wit:

The summer solstice occurs at the moment the earth's tilt toward/from the sun is at a maximum. Therefore, on the day of the summer solstice, the sun appears at its highest elevation with a noontime position that changes very little for several days before and after the summer solstice. The summer solstice occurs when the sun is directly over the Tropic of Cancer, which is located at 23.5 latitude North and runs through Mexico, the Bahamas, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, India, and southern China. For every place north of the Tropic of Cancer, the sun is at its highest point in the sky and this is the longest day of the year.

We calculated the Amazon CEO's annual earnings by finding the difference between his 2017 and 2018 net worths (calculated in October of each year) as provided by the Forbes 400 list. But what does that translate to per month, or even per second? From his annual earnings, which we determined to be $78.5 billion, we then calculated how much Bezos makes in smaller time frames.

Most coastal areas, with some exceptions, experience two high tides and two low tides every day. Almost everyone is familiar with the concept of a 24-hour solar day, which is the time that it takes for a specific site on the Earth to rotate from an exact point under the sun to the same point under the sun.

Nobody has to be told how frequently resolutions are broken. You do it every year, so it's not a strange notion to you! Of course, if the New Year is beneficial for anything, it's attempting to live a healthier lifestyle.

Note that there are unavoidable subtleties twice per year in a tzinfosubclass accounting for both standard and daylight time, at the DST transitionpoints. For concreteness, consider US Eastern (UTC -0500), where EDT begins theminute after 1:59 (EST) on the second Sunday in March, and ends the minute after1:59 (EDT) on the first Sunday in November:

52. By 2021, global cybercrime rates involving damages will amount to $6 trillion per year, $500 billion per month, $115.4 billion per week, $16.4 billion per day, $684.9 million per hour, $11.4 million per minute, and $190,000 per second. (Cybersecurity Ventures, 2020)

About 30% of all traffic crash fatalities in the United States involve drunk drivers (with BACs of .08 g/dL or higher). In 2020, there were 11,654 people killed in these preventable crashes. In fact, on average over the 10-year period from 2011-2020, about 10,500 people died every year in drunk-driving crashes.

In 2020, the highest percentage of drunk drivers (with BACs of .08 g/dL or higher) were the 21-to 24-year-old age group and 25-to-34-year old age groups. Men are most likely to be involved in this type of crash, with four male drunk drivers for every female drunk driver.

California pays jurors $15 every day starting on the second day of service, except employees of governmental entities who receive full pay and benefits from their employers while on jury service. Because governmental employers already pay these jurors, the courts do not pay them an additional daily fee. All jurors receive at least 34 cents for each mile they travel to court. The mileage payment, only for one-way travel, also starts on the second day. Some courts may pay you what it costs to take mass transit or local transit agencies may provide free bus or rail transportation to court. Ask your local jury office for information about your court's payment process.

California has one day or one trial jury service. This means that people are not required to come to court for more than one day of jury duty unless they are assigned to a courtroom for jury selection, or serve on a trial, more than once every 12 months. Typically, if you are not chosen for jury selection after one day at the courthouse then your service is done for at least one year. If you are selected to serve on a jury, after the trial is over your service is also completed for at least a year and often longer. In fact, the majority of people who report for jury service serve for just one day. The vast majority of people who actually serve on a jury find it a fascinating and rewarding experience that they would do again. 2ff7e9595c
